The mind is not a vessel to be filled but a fire to be kindled. I admire the staff and children who use various modes of communication systems to present their ideas. As long as our ideas are expressed and thoughts filled with passion and care, we can be sure of learning as everything begins with an idea. Just as our mother earth provides us continually, Learning as an endeavour is not limited to classrooms and information dissemination by teachers and it certainly doesn't end with one's school-going years. It is such a beautiful process, if nurtured can make this life a bliss on this very earth. The school ensures all-round wellbeing and development of a child and provides the training to adapt various methods suiting the dynamics of changing world in order to achieve one's individual goals and objectives. It is further characterized by sharing a vision of a world where abundance looms, responsibility is shared and above all else love and faith is prevalent.
We live today in a world that is very different from the one we grew up, in the one we were educated in. The world today is changing at such an accelerated pace where we as educators need to pause and reflect on this entire system of education. Our school is well equipped to prepare our children to face the challenges that the future holds and work at implementing a well-balanced curriculum to ensure that the children who walk into the portals of Global Convent School will not just leave their school years but truly be prepared to face life's challenges.
Even as we impart education to match the advancement in technology and globalization, we march our children ahead with the ethos of moral values and principles. It is an exciting time to teach the students as there is so much to learn, explore and so little monotony in the classrooms. We pride ourselves to be a part of our student's lives as they help us grow with them in the classrooms filled with dreams and ideas.
