• 100% of our teachers are certified and earn a highly qualified rating.

• 100% of our instructional assistants are college graduates and many are enrolled in graduate degree programs.

• Longevity is the norm; our faculty and staff arrive and stay! One third of our current teaching faculty have been constants in our community for over 15 years.

• Five faculty members have or have had their own children attend the school.

• We serve as a Professional Development School for University students in the College of Education, Teaching, and Health. It strengthens our work as educators.

• Our teachers readily identify their collegial relationships as a positive force in their daily work and performance.
