Our Rationale: With the advent of the Pandemic, educational timelines have gone for a toss. We have seen numerous cases of students wasting a year due to untimely admission decisions. Hence, in 2022 we have pledged that no child should suffer because of the rigid timelines of the education system. 

The Annual Admissions for new prospective students remain open for 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the new session.

The tentative dates of admission season are as follows:

 

JAMMU SCHOOL (Pre Nursery - UKG) 

Admission weeks:  15 March - 10 May

New Session start:  10 May

JAMMU SCHOOL (1st standard - 12th standard) 

Admission weeks:  15 March - 15 April

New Session start:  1 April

BATOTE SCHOOL (Pre Nursery - 8th standard)

Admission weeks: 1st week of November

New Session start: 15 November

Procedure of Admission

1. Parents of the prospective student need to collect the Prospectus for the session from school premises address of which can be found here

2. The following mandatory documents need to be submitted:

1. Date of birth certificate

2. Transfer certificate from the previous school duly signed by Zonal Education Officer (ZEO) or Chief Education Officer (CEO)

3. Transcript of last qualifying examination of the previous school with a passing grade

4. Passport size photographs

NOTE: Additional Requirements for admission in Pre-Nursery

1. The child should be at least 2+ years old

2. The child should be toilet trained

NOTE:  Students already enrolled at the school are automatically admitted for the next session provided the student passes all the requisite examinations and assignments.
