Your Library is a wonderful and cozy space filled with about 1500 books, computers for student and staff use - including an iPad and a full-time Librarian. We're bursting with hundreds of picture books in the 'Everybody' book area. Fiction shelves are jam-packed with award-winning chapter books, classics, and loads of well-known series books. Our very popular collection of graphic novels is expanding rapidly. We have a strong Non-fiction collection and have a top-notch Biography section. We're also modernizing our Early Reader collection to support our budding readers with updated books to replace worn ones. Magazine subscriptions include many kid favourites, such as "National Geographic Explorers," "Tinkle" and "Sports Illustrated for Kids," to name only a few.

Each year Global Convent's library circulates nearly 400 books. This many books checked out during the year by just one of the schools in Jammu & Kashmir certainly shows that our children are voracious readers!
